I want to personally thank Wes, Linda and the OBC staff.  Our firm's experience at the Oconomowoc Business Center for the past six years was outstanding.  Wes and his staff provide a friendly, professional environment into which we were always pleased to bring our valued clients.  Security, particularly in our financial planning business, is extremely important and the Oconomowoc Business Center gave us the peace of mind knowing that our information was always under a watchful eye. 

The common areas and amenities were extremely useful.  Simple things like having coffee provided, a kitchen area in which to eat and a refrigerator meant that we didn't have to clutter our office with such items.  The conference room facilities were always available for our use, making our client meetings more effective.  Services such as having the use of small business equipment such as a  letter folding machine, a cutting board and the color copier, allowed us to be a growing business and perform professionally like a corporate office.  The reception service also allowed us to have complete staff meetings without interruption of our time or sacrificing personal customer service to our clients.

The bottom line is that the Oconomowoc Business Center helped us as an emerging business, while enhancing our positive image.  Our relationship resulted in business growth that was met by expansion three times within the Business Center and, eventually, leading to our needing to secure a new location.  We are thankful for the many years of mutual benefit and would strongly encourage business owners or other professionals who are seeking additional office space to take advantage of the features and benefits of the Oconomowoc Business Center.

It is with much regret that I must move my office away from the Oconomowoc Business Center.  

Working at the OBC for the past 5 years has proven to be the ideal work environment.  First and foremost, the relationships that have developed with you and Linda, Kristy, Connie and the other tenants are greatly valued and I don’t intend to let those slip away.  

On a business front, I compliment you on the top quality business environment you have created at the OBC.  The array of resources are all made available with the personal touch of the helpful OBC staff:

Since SPSS has changed its business strategy related to my group’s activities I felt it appropriate to thank you for the services provided during the 5+ years that SPSS had an office in the Oconomowoc Business Center.

All services provided by OBC were professional, consistent and always provided by staff that was friendly, upbeat and always willing to help.  Technical support services were demanding because SPSS had a servers and requirements to maintain connectivity to headquarters in Chicago.  Corporate IT staff could be demanding but were always complimentary with their comments about OBC support.

SPSS staff size was somewhat variable during our time as tenant.  You always looked for the best deal for us as we expanded and contracted.

Last but not least, OBC services were reasonably priced.  If I was starting a business (and I have) I would look to OBC for services to help with “corporate” services (and I have).

Thanks to you and your staff for what you have done and continue to do.
